Chris Dirks has been in construction since he was big enough to pick up a hammer.  Prior to joining BHC in 2006, Chris worked for companies in residential framing, insulation, and roofing.  He continues to improve his expertise in all phases of remodeling and start-up construction.  Chris has taken classes in construction materials, print reading for construction, and Johnson County contractor education.  He is currently enrolled in advanced studies for construction management.  Chris has experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and roofing.  All these skills make him a valuable asset to Bradford Homes.  (For your information, Chris' lively sense of humor keeps the air light and the laughter frequent.)

Bill Snooks brings 40 years of experience in the financial service industry to his new role at BHC.  He has been actively involved with the Foundation on Aging, recently participating in the Aging-In-Place conference at the Kaufmann Foundation.   Bill’s “people skills” are incredibly valuable as they link customer need to Bradford Homes expertise.  Bill and Mary Carol have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.
